Data Deletion Policy

In compliance with global data protection standards and Google Play Store policies, CFAC respects your right to control your digital footprint.

1. Right to Deletion

If a student graduates, leaves their associated institution, or simply wishes to revoke their digital access, they have the right to request the permanent deletion of their portal account and associated personal data from the CFAC servers.

2. How to Request Deletion

To ensure the request is authorized, it must be submitted in writing. Please send an email to our official support desk:

Required Details:

Please include your Full Name, Registered Contact Number, CFAC Registration Number, and a statement confirming your request to delete your portal data.

3. What Happens Next?

Upon verification of your identity with your associated institution, our administration team will process the deletion of your digital portal data within 14 business days. Your login credentials and app access will be permanently revoked.

Exception: Please note that legally required academic records (such as past exam results) and historical fee transaction ledgers may be retained in secure, offline archives by your associated institution for mandatory auditing and compliance purposes.
