Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 2026

At the Contemporary Foundation for Art and Craft (CFAC), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Because we operate as a non-profit educational trust, we prioritize the security of student information over commercial interests.

1. Information We Collect

To provide seamless academic services, the application collects essential educational data provided by your associated institution during enrollment. This includes your name, registration number, date of birth, contact details, academic progress, and uploaded artworks (for digital showcasing).

2. How We Use Information

Your data is used exclusively for educational and administrative purposes, such as generating digital ID cards, tracking lesson plans, issuing important academic notices, and managing your institutional fee ledger. CFAC strictly does not sell, rent, or trade student data to third-party marketing or advertising agencies.

3. Financial Data Security

CFAC does not collect, process, or store sensitive financial data such as Credit/Debit Card numbers, UPI PINs, or Bank Account passwords. All financial transactions initiated through the app are securely encrypted and handled directly by RBI-compliant, third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay), direct UPI mechanisms, and the banking infrastructure of your associated institution.

4. Permissions

The app may request permissions for Push Notifications to deliver urgent campus updates, fee reminders, and academic notices. You may opt out of these notifications through your device settings at any time.

5. Use by Minors

As this is an educational portal, students under the age of 18 are expected to use the application and initiate any fee payments under the guidance, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We strictly rely on your associated institution to secure the necessary parental consent before enrolling a minor in the digital portal, creating their profile, or uploading their artwork.
