Introduction: Welcome to the "My CFAC" application. This platform is developed, maintained, and operated by the Contemporary Foundation for Art and Craft (CFAC), a non-profit organization dedicated to art and craft education. By downloading, accessing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Platform Purpose & Usage

This application is provided completely free of charge to students enrolled in our associated institutions. The portal serves as a digital academic management tool, allowing students to view their profiles, access lesson plans, check examination results, and track fee ledgers. CFAC does not display advertisements or monetize user engagement on this platform.

2. Role of CFAC in Digital Payments

To facilitate administrative ease for our associated institutions, the application integrates secure online payment gateway links and direct UPI transfer mechanisms. CFAC in this case is strictly a technology facilitator. With the exception of specific national events directly organized by the foundation (like the CFAC National Art Olympiad), we do not collect, hold, or process tuition or academic fees on our own behalf.

When a student initiates a standard academic fee payment through this application, the funds are routed directly and securely to the bank account of the student's respective associated institution. CFAC assumes no financial liability for these institution-directed transactions made through the application.

3. User Responsibilities

Students and parents are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (Registration Number and Password). CFAC is not liable for any unauthorized access or data exposure resulting from the user's failure to secure their device or credentials.

4. Acceptable Use & User-Generated Content (UGC)

The "Hall of Fame" digital gallery is a curated space where associated institutions can showcase their students' artwork. While school administrators are solely responsible for reviewing and uploading all gallery content, the display of any material that is offensive, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others is strictly prohibited. CFAC reserves the right to independently review, reject, or permanently remove any uploaded content that violates these guidelines or Google Play policies without prior notice.

5. Pricing & Service Delivery

As a technology facilitator, CFAC does not determine the pricing of tuition, exams, or registration fees; all fee structures are determined exclusively by the student's associated institution. Upon successful payment of fees through the integrated gateway, the "delivery" of our service is digital and instantaneous. Students will immediately receive a digital payment confirmation within the portal, and their institutional fee ledger will be updated in real-time.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi / Tripura.
